Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If anything isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of payment, provided it has not yet entered the processing stage. To request a cancellation, please email us at service@ethoscolor.com with your order number, contact details, and reason for cancellation.

If your cancellation is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

  • Free from any damage or signs of wear

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@ethoscolor.com. We will respond within 12 hours with further instructions and the return shipping address.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items with human-induced damage or visible wear

  • Products not in their original condition

  • Perishable goods and custom/personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

*Contact lenses must be unopened—meaning the original sealed packaging remains intact and unaltered.

Shipping & Refund Process

  • Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

  • International returns are the customer’s responsibility and must be sent using a tracked shipping method.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Important Notes

  • Please include your order number, full name, and email address with the returned items.

  • We are not responsible for the return of non-Ethos Color products or for items damaged in return transit.
